for Wayne County Coroner
The circumstances surrounding death should be handled with care and compassion. To provide this level of service, information must be collected in a thorough, reliable and consistent method, so that the deceased can rest in peace, and so that relatives, friends and the public at large do not have an unwarranted burden of suffering.
Why Dr. Davis?
- Dr. Davis' medical training and decades of service to the people of Wayne County give him an exceptional set of skills to fulfill the responsibilities of the office of coroner.
- As a family doctor, he has been dedicated to the community. He personally has had over 120,000 patient visits as part of Highland Physicians group practice since 1983.
- For 27 years the Wayne County voters have elected a coroner with a medical background; Dr. Lee, Dr. Murray, and the present coroner nurse practitioner Carol Lienert.
- If elected, Dr. Davis, now retired from family practice, can commit his skills full-time to the duties of coroner.
